Year 4 have welcomed two lion twins all the way from South Africa into their classrooms. Lilo will live in 4B and Jack in 4G. They are very happy to have been adopted at IST.
To start their new lives off with a bang, Lilo and Jack came with us on the residential trip to Auvergne to visit the volcanoes. They are already well traveled as they flew 13 hours from Johannesburg to be with us, so they did not need any travel sick pills for the long coach journey.
Jack tried to wake a sleeping Mr. Gregg up but didn't succeed!
Lilo had a nice siesta with the girls on the coach.
Lilo and Jack really enjoyed getting to know everyone and spent their time equally amongst all the children. They played tag, enjoyed the walk to the top of Puy de Vichatel and particularly loved it at Vulcania.
Some of us were very tired on the bus coming back.
The lions are looking forward to getting back to school but have been very helpful at home with me this holiday, blogging and gardening. And they love my dog Eva!!
I love the picture where Jack is with Mr Gregg, who is sleeping!!!.
